After collecting the bags, walk towards the exit. The guide / driver will be waiting at the exit hall with a sign with your name or the name of RADIALTOURS.

In case of delay (at the airport of origin, or missed connections, lost luggage, or any other reason that your plane will land with more than 1 hour later than the scheduled time of arrival), you should call immediately (0034) 606457560 to warn the guide/driver.

If you advice us with less than 2 hours from the scheduled flight arrival, we will have to  charge an amount of 40.00 € / hour for waiting hours.

If you call us with more than 2 hours time, the transfer will pick you up at the new time indicated by you and any amount will be charged because of waiting hours.

If you don’t call us to tell us the delay, the transfer will wait 1 hour after the estimated time of arrival and then transfer will leave, with no possibility to claim any refund for this service.

Transfers between 22:00 and 07:00 has a suplement of 20,00 €
